Hi,

I'm really ******ed and can't seem to figure out how to upload the picture. The extension is .jpg. But I keep getting server error. Help please. Thanks.

Maybe their site is screwed up. When I was doing it a couple of weeks ago, I had similar problems. Either that or you might need to adjust the security settings on your browser. Just set it to minimum security.

you might have to make the pic smaller. i don't remember what the size has to be off-hand though.

make sure its jpg and not jpeg

I'm having the same problem. I have set my IE to accept all cookies, the pic is .jpg, and I made it smaller (100x125 approx). Any other advice? I'm so frustrated... 😡

Nevermind. I just did it over and over and over.... and it finally worked!! Don't know what was up with that.

I undone my popup thing, and made the jpg smaller than 50 kb (39). AND it still won't work. GRRRR. Am I doing something wrong still? Or did everyone have trouble submitting the picture? Thanks again. 🙁

I undid my popup blocker, set security level to minimum in my browser, enabled all cookies, and turned off my firewall. It still took me a couple of tries. I just kept trying to upload it and it finally worked. Did you try refreshing that screen after you upload?

I had the same problem. I reduced the size of my picture, and I started the application in a new window, as I had been accessing their secondary through hotmail. It worked right away after I made those two changes. Good luck

NP, download and install firefox. I had to try 2 or 3 times with firefox before it accepted my transaction. www.mozilla.com
