Mt. Sinai secondary problem

I need to replace a photo on Sinai secondary and when I browse and upload a new one, the old one stays. I really have to change it, I only uploaded an old picture there so that I could see essay topics, now I want it gone! Help 😕 Thanks.

Edit: Nevermind, just changed it with another browser 😳 🙂
