Must ask questions for a revisit

Hi, I am revisiting a school that I am 50/50 tonight. I was looking for some suggestions as to what questions are must ask questions that may not be answered from the school's website and such. Any help is greatly appreciated. P.S. I heard something about a Dean's ranking that residency directors have for each school. Is this true? Is this something I should ask about? Thanks,
