3.32 undergrad GPA with a C in Organic Chemistry 1 and 2 and Genetics.
Havent taken the MCAT yet
Currently working as a scribe
Graduated a year early

What are my chances of getting into a postbac like Bluefield, Scripps, or Chatham

Any recommendations or ideas on other schools I can apply to or how to make myself a stronger candidate?

You need a MCAT score of at least 500 to have a chance for interviews at the newer DO schools. What is your sGPA ? Where is your state of residence ?

I am from Virginia! My school unfortunately does not provide a calculated sGPA, do you know where I can go to calculate it? Also do you think I have a chance at getting into a postbac that doesn't require a MCAT with these stats?

Calculate that sGPA so it will give you a better idea for sure.

I am not certain of which post bacc programs do not require a MCAT. You can always do a DIY post bacc at a local college. Your sGPA is calculated the same way as your cGPA but you only include science and math courses. Concentrate on studying for the MCAT but do not take it until your practice scores are consistently 505 and higher.

I calculated my sGPA to be 3.2! If I do score over a 505 on my MCAT, would it be necessary to do a post bac or do you think I have chances go directly being admitted to a DO program?

If you score a 505 on the MCAT you do not need to do a post bacc as long as you apply broadly to at least 15 schools. These are schools where you could receive an interview with a MCAT of at least 500.
