My reference deleted LOR request

Pharmcas sent a LOR request to my reference but he accidentally deleted it, is there a way for him to retreive it or Can I send him again?

After a few days Pharmcas will give you the option to resend it. The other option is to delete him as a reference and readd him. Then he should get another email.
