Thank You
Plan to apply next year cycle
ORM
Graduated, from a state college, GPA - 4.0 but completed in 2 years (taking AP and Community College credits abt 50 hrs)
Currently taking a gap year in research focused Master’s program
Research - about 600 hrs, with a poster presentation, all in Neuroscience
Shadowing- about 90 hrs across primary care, cardio and neuro
Clinical volunteering- about 300 hrs Red cross, hospital volunteering
Non clinical - 150 hrs museum, food bank, peer tutor
Not much in leadership, been spending most of my time in lab learning new skills.
How can I be a competitive applicant for next year’s cycle and what would be a good school list for me?
But more effort into food bank hours or other activities that really show service orientation (housing rehabilitation, job/tax preparation, shelter volunteer, transportation service non-clinical). You need 150 hours in this category.

Museum and peer tutoring show academic competency.

Whatever you lack in "leadership", you need to show with your mission fit for schools. As you describe now, you don't have anything that signals to me a reason why a school wants to interview you.

What is your state of legal residence? Fill out a WAMC template for more useful feedback.
