I am planning to give my part-1 in March.has anyone gone thru the latest format of the exam yet?????? could someone pls throw some light on how the exam is going on!

im gonna register for nbde part 1 shortly. I don't have my ECE done still.. Can anybody plz tel me the steps in getting my GPA score done?? Im from bangalore, India. Is it like my college should send my educational history to ECE or myself can do it?? I really appreciate ur help in this regards..

So is this format is the computarized one..? 👎
I 've heard that all the subjects and the questions are going to be mixed together ....how true is that...?
And if you need to re-take the NBDE part 1, you may go for only two attempts b4 you go into remission for 12 month...? 🙄
The good side is that I will be able to take NBDE any time I wanted to.

I've read that not all the testing center are eligible yet, for this new era of testing 😱 (any hackers out there)

Sanket a sincere advice, this question has been asked a million times now, go to the "Search Tab" on you this page's brower, in the drop down menu you will see advance search......just type in the keyword as "NBDE exam" select the group as Interbational Dental or NBDE exam and licensure....... you will get all the information that so many ppl have posted.

FYI, in short, GPA is your Grade Point Average, which is US way of calculating "marks" and converting them into a 4.0 point scale, 0/1(I am not sure)-being the lowest and 4.0 being the highest......

For this you have to go to their website www.ece.org
and do a course by course evaluation, following their instructions........ submit them all the papers they have asked for.

These evaluators are based in US and they do not have any "office" in India, so you will have to mail(post) them all your documents.

I think its general evaluation and not course by course.. Is it??
According to the website, we need to send our attempts certificates too.. In my case, my college hasn't issued attempts certificates to anybody. Is it really needed for ECE? Has anybody done it without them??

hey u have to send or fax them all from 1st to final year.. also do send them ur transcript and attempts certificates....internship completion certificate... hope it helps...
