Globets Cells ?
One the options I remembered is
Esophagus not in stomach ???
Help what is the answer?????
Goblet cells are foundound scattered among the epithelial lining of organs, such as the intestinal and respiratory tracts.[1] They are found inside the trachea, bronchus, and larger bronchioles in respiratory tract, small intestines, the colon, and conjunctiva in the upper eyelid.(Goblet cells are the chief source of tear mucus. Goblet cells also are found throughout the conjunctiva, especially the plica semilunaris. These are most dense in nasal conjunctiva, least dense in upper temporal fornix and absent in palpebral mucocutaneous junction and limbus.) They may be an indication of metaplasia, such as in Barrett's esophagus.

Sorry it's all the information that I have , but I think the questions it's incomplete, thanks anyway.

The predominant Immunoglobulin found in gingival crevicular fluid is IgG, a product of actively secreting plasma cells stimulated by chronic plaque/calculus accumulation. The next abundant type is IgA, There is a negligible amount of IgM. IgA in found predominantly in saliva.

I hope this helps! I got this from a DBM rationale, card #715
