goljan rapid review pathology book and his audio lectures. This material is for USMLE step 1, and you will definitely learn more than you need to, but you will retain the information for a long time. Dont know if you want to take the time to use GOLJAN but I did. His stuff is the absolute best.

I got 90 questions right out of the 100 in the path section and I studied Decks and the First Aid book for the USMLE part 1 and the First Aid for the NBDE, just know the basics about each disease and don't think because a disease is rare they won't ask any question, I had one on Hans-Christian Schuler disease (part of Histocytosis X)
