Need a job in the field of Anaesthesia

I am currently working as Medical Officer (ICU/Anaethesia) for 1 1/2 years is searching for a job in Singapore. I have done my medical degree from one of the faculty which is under the scheduled faculty of the Singapore Medical Council. I do have plans to do post graduate studies in the field of Anaethesia

Will anybody able to advice me on how to proceed on this further...
