Need advice regarding gap year and post-bac.

So I am about to graduate this semester with a BS in biology with a possible 3.4 cGPA and 3.2 sGPA. I will be studying for the MCAT this summer and taking it in fall 2016. Should I go back as non-degree seeking post-bac and take some science upper level classes or enroll in a master's program like biology or biomedical sciences. OR if you have any suggestions or anything like that, I would appreciate it very much.

Your cGPA and sGPA are a bit low. Taking some additional courses (especially in biology, physics, and chemistry) may help you raise those numbers to be a bit more competitive (be sure to apply broadly to osteopathic schools). Outside of an SMP, I don't see the value of starting a masters program. Working and continuing to volunteer are always good ideas.
