Need anki help with importing tables

I followed a post on importing tables...

As you can see I have "card types" but the sort field for all of them is the origin of the muscles... So basically instead of being asked for the innervation, insertion, and action of a muscle i was just asked its origin 4 times.. What is going on?

Ok so I was able to change the sort field by "name of muscle" so it makes more sense now, but I don't get why it didn't ask me ANY questions today besides the origin.. I want to learn all of it... I even unchecked bury related cards

Ok, so i figured it out. Here is the solution for anyone else.

Basically when you import notes and make multiple cards out of them, they are considered related.. Anki will seperate them out for different days unless you uncheck "bury related cards." SO i unchecked that but it still didnt work. I had to go into my deck and click unbury. Now I can LEARN. Peace.
