Need Help Finalizing My List

I made a preliminary list and wanted some advice on fixing it.

Background Info

GPA/sGPA/MCAT: 3.03/2.89/510
SMP GPA: 3.83 (34 credits)
Disadvantaged URM (Mexican; qualified for FAP)
Illinois Resident
Bilingual in spanish

EC's:
Volunteer researcher in physiology lab; 3 months currently and on going, potential for publication within the year
3 years worth of volunteer EMS
4 years D1 college athlete
2 years as a mentor (4 years in organization); organization helped first year generation minority students
40+ shadowing doctors (received an LOR from internal medicine doctor)
Summer Medical and Dental Education Program Scholar
Student council member
Member in organization that educates underprivileged community about preventable diseases
Regional Statistical competitor, was awarded honorable mention

Work:
Worked in my university's residence life for a summer
Part time at local restaurant as delivery boy for the last year in undergrad

I was thinking of St. Louis but I wasnt sure since their median GPA is 3.87 which is pretty high, even their 10th percentile is kinda high.

Thanks for recommending Drexel and Oakland.

I'll replace U Wisco, NU, and UChicago with your recommendations but unsure about St. louis.

I'm not sure if I can do 20+ schools, I only got 16 free apps because I received FAP and I was only paying for 2 schools out of pocket

CCOM would be considered a safety right?

Dartmouth is a school that rewards reinvention. Your URM status helps a lot...hence my inclusion on the list. Any DO school is a safety. But at least get a DO LOR and shadow a DO.
