I am in a dilemma as i have an acceptance from both Bu and USC...ANd i have to let USc know by 22 nd nov...i would really appreciate if anyone can honestly guide me or atleast help me to decide betn the two schools...Thanx in advance.

City
cost
clinical experience
family preferences
school background
basic liking of a place/ school
weather
future prospects.

I would suggest you think where you want to live after you graduate, east or west coast. The license exams are pretty different on the 2 coasts so it will be to your advantage to go to a school in the region you plan to live in the future.

CA has a better weather than boston, also boston has a very long preclinical program...........

congrats to you and having options, that is great what is even better is that even though your decision will be the right one in the end. either way you look at it you will be helping out because another spot will be opened for someone else of your peers that is waiting to get in . Good luck !👍
