So the school I really want to get into has already sent out interviews for the second round. I asked some of those people when they submitted their applications and some said they submitted it on the deadline. I submitted 2 weeks before the deadline and I haven't heard anything yet.

Is this a bad sign? :\

Depends on the school, some schools will just arbitrary divide applications into groups and then they pick their interviews out of those group. You only really have to worry when its past the last interview date.

I think the OP is talking about University of Florida... From what I hear they only started interviewing 3 years ago as a formality, so they pretty much only invite students they're going to accept. I think they might wait-list a small handful for whatever reason, but I'm not sure. This is what everyone says on the UF thread and the PharmCAS page anyway.
