So, I was watching an old documentary about brain surgery:
During the surgery is seems the neurologist is listening for something to help the surgeons know where to place the implants. My questions then are:
1. Is this a highly uncommon thing neurologists do or something that is part of the everyday work?
2. Is there some art to this, ie, musicians with good ears are better at it than others or is it something that doesn't require a large degree of discernment?
