New Decks Worth the $$?

Hey everyone -

I'm a first year and I'm trying to get my hands on some dental decks so I can start studying for boards part I. I figure it's better to get them sooner rather then later....

But due to the change of the board exam, there's being some changes to the decks (like a new clinical vignette section). I was just wondering for people who have used them/bought any set of decks....would it be worth dropping $200 on a set of new decks or getting an older edition of the decks off of someone else and saving the extra money?

Also - how much help were old released board exams?
