We had a Biomedical Research subform of the MD/PhD forum, but the Biomedical Research subforum never took off. I asked for the Biomedical Research subforum to become its own separate forum area on SDN or to be re-merged into the MD/PhD forum in April 2010. I believe the re-merger happened at about that time, and the title of this forum has been the same since.
