So I've just recently started to look into podiatry, and coming from a strictly pre-med mentality, I have no idea about the process, GPAs, MCATs etc. needed to get into podiatry.
I was hoping you guys can answer these couple questions for me to help me get caught up.
1) Are GPA and MCAT cut-offs different for international student (I am from Canada)?
2) I know in Canada different med school calculate GPAs differently, for example some use all 4 years while other only consider the last 2 year. How to Pod Colleges calculate the GPA?
3) Is tuition more expensive for international students?
4) Are these colleges accredited in Canada or would I have to write an equivalency exam similar to USMLE or MCCEE like medical student do?
Thanks in advance for all your help!
