Just saw Dr. Gawande speak about this at the national patient safety foundation in Boston last Thursday.

Great as usual from Gawande. I've basically had something of a coach through most of college, and it's been great. There's something to be said for always having someone that can give you an extra pair of eyes that knows what they're talking about and that knows you.
