Since I have been working in a hospital, I have really come to like the idea of being an OB/GYN. I really like the idea of being able to perform really envolved surgical procedures, as well as working in L&D. Here is my question. With the NHSC scholarship I see that OB/GYN is listed as an approved practice. Is this limited at all? I mean, are you limited to what you can do as an OB/GYN? As a NHSC scholar can you still do a lot of surgical procedures and such, or do they expect you to be more L&D/outpatient focused? Thanks!
