Can someone explain conceptually why frequency increases with increased deshielding?

I think of shield = electron so higher shield will shield protons from external magnetic field, so protons will feel higher radio wave
C= wavelength . Frequency
High shield will lead to higher wavelength and lower Freq
Higher deshielding applied and induced fields oppose each other of proton because it is deshieded by some high electronegative atom can lead to lower wavelength and higher frequency to oppose the induced field
