No Cerebral Palsy on Step 1?

Why is cerebral palsy not covered in First Aid/Step 1? Seems weird for a common disorder like that not to be introduced. Just wondering

Chance of it showing up is extraordinarily low on step 1. But knowing spastic is most common and 'scissoring' of the legs is characteristic.

One cool fact about CP is that can be a diagnosis all the way up to 18 years of age. I though it would just be a peds diagnosis for some reason.
