I went over Kaplan two times and yesterday found that kplan doesn't cover the plant bio part. But there were a bunch of questions about plant in DAT destroyer. i am confused because I looked at biology content specifications from ADA but it did not include the plant part.
Is there anyone knowing about this?
In addition, I also looked at the sencond editon of Kaplan. it does cover the plant part.

LOL, relax Allday. I've taken the DAT twice and I can't recall a single plant bio question. However, that doesn't mean they will not be asked on your DAT.

I had the Kaplan materials and studied for them anyway. Good luck!

This is a good question. I'm not sure. I'm not sure why plant bio would be on the test.

I don't know what DAT syllabus you're looking at, but you DO need to know plant material. You need to know things about kingdom plantae...it's right there on the syllabus. Furthermore, more plant biology can easily be put under cell biology/biochemistry. It's all fair game.

It's really a black and white issue...if you're serious about getting a good score on the bio section...you'll study everything in the study guides inside and out. If you're not...you won't. No questions asked.

Just my opinion, but this section is way too broad to leave anything to chance and there isn't a whole lot of room for error.

If you do need to know plant material, it's not that much. I looked at a few of the questions and they seem very straightforward.
