Anybody knows about the program participating for non-ACGME hepatology fellowship? Will be appreciated

As an in-house hepatology fellow, you'll get an invite to interview, but likely not match in those programs.

UNMC (Nebraska) take their hep fellows into GI consistently, that is the only program I know does this regularly
