Any idea how possible to remember the material,

Any suggestions on how to start ans which resources the best to start with.

What's a long time ago?

I was five years out of college and I did fine.

Get a somewhat recent (<5 years old) set of TBR books secondhand. Gen chem, o chem, general physics have not changed much in the last 5-10 years.

If you've taken the MCAT before, it changed in 2015 to place more emphasis on thought process and problem solving, instead of rote memorization and regurgitation. Not to say there is no memorization, there's just less of it.

I second the TPR books. One thing that helped me kick start my studying was watching the khan academy bio videos. I don’t recommend doing them long term as they are incredibly time inneficient but it helped me get into the proper mindset.
