Are you a new RN? just wondering why you are not learning anything new on your med-surg job... There should be a lot of new things to learn in a large teaching hospital. Maybe you like it better in ED. I'd say go to work in ED and take pre-med classes on the side. Experiences will change how you think. Patience and consistency win over time.
