Normal ECG findings in women??

Hello folks,
Few days back team was reviewing ECGs of patients and I guess I zoned out or focused only on the most urgent findings.

But there was a discussion about certain findings that are normal in women.

Can someone please explain (briefly is fine) these findings ? I tried looking up online, couldn't find much.
