Raleigh-Durham is a prime area, dudes/dudettes. If my boss (wife) wasnt so committed to the Big EZ, that'd be in my top three.

Gotta job offer at a surgery center close to there a few years ago...one of the shareholders of the center was a sports med orthopedic dude named Bobby L. ....offered me partnership in the lucrative setup, with a great practice and nice lifestyle....turned it down.

Man, the degree men comply to for their bosses (wives)....

Although I cant complain. Gotta great deal myself.
