Submitted 6/23 but have not been verified yet. Should I be worried? Am I basically screwed since everyone is already getting secondaries HELP

Nope. You should be up in the next day or so. According to the official verification thread they are doing June 21 and 22 today.

You're not screwed. But use this time to pre-write secondaries.
