Notifying schools of LORs

I thought that my LORs would automatically get added to my file once posted, but PCOM's website says to notify them once your LORs have been posted to AACOMAS so that they can go ahead and add them to your file.

My question is: should I do this for all of the schools I applied to (MD & DO)? Or only ones that explicitly state to do so (so far, only PCOM)? I don't want to harass admissions, but I also want to make sure my file is considered complete asap.

I would wait about a week to see if they had been posted. If not, I would contact them. TBH I am in the same boat because my committee letter was added literally three days ago. A lot of the schools have updated them on my portal just fine but took them a couple of days. I feel the urge to email them but I am willing to wait a week or two as courtesy.
