Does anyone have experience with NOVA physics? It's toted as one of the better MCAT phys review books here so I purchased it.

With that in mind, that thing is hard! I feel like I'm teaching everything to myself. I got an A in my university physics while most of my class got an F. Weird..

I think NOVA does not have much instructional content before diving into questions, so that you're learning while doing the problems which can be really time efficient but annoying if that's not your preferred learning style. I've used NOVA and TPRH physics, and while TPRH imo is harder, it does have a lot more substantial explanations + examples before you're on your own to do questions which you might like better.

Think about using the TPR physics book along with the science workbook questions. I also struggled on physics when prepping for my MCAT but I found the TPRH books to be great. I used TBR physics at first since many ppl recommended it but I didn't have a good experience with it since I felt the book was too detailed and the questions were hard as heck. In fact as I was doing the questions I was losing my confidence (which is NOT what you want!!) since the questions were so hard and I didn't feel like it represented the MCAT that well IMO. The point of this is to find a book that you feel most comfortable with.
