via what mechanism nsaids exacerbate asthma? (nsaids and beta blockers contraindicated in asthma patients cause they exacerbate it)
I mean nsaids inhibit cox, thus inhibiting leukotrienes and prostaglandins synthesis...
Leukotrienes and prostaglandins are involved in asthma and inflammation so one would surely deduce that NSAIDS would help treat asthma....!!!??!
Am I missing something!?
