An education PhD with no credentials in health care named Susan Silberstein has been approved by nursing continuing education to 9.5 self reported approved CEU nursing credits in cancer nutrition.

Here's what her class consisted of in 2012.

  • Diet (How is she qualified to teach this?)
  • Exercise
  • Detox (coffee enemas?)
  • Stress Management
  • Structural Balance (Chiropractic quackery?)
See video 1:29 .

The current version looks similar.

Cancer Certification

Wow, who knew the Acid/Alkaline balance of your body was so critical. Only someone who never had a course in physiology. (quackery-chuckle)

She would be arrested if she tried to perform dietetics on a cancer patient but she's allowed to teach it....

As a nurse we have a wide variety of ways to gain CEUs. I took a healing touch class my first recert round in 2013... it was uhhhhh, pretty interesting.

Now days i just stick to online tests, research articles, and life support classes.

But yeah - there are some strange CEU credit classes available.
