Call them. Be specific. Don't let them waffle you into a "should I apply" or a "is it possible". You need to know if there are seats let, if they've already starting filling a waiting list, when you would need to have everything in by, are your stats within the range of consideration, when would you need to interview, etc. On that same page - you need to know if you are even capable of pulling this whole thing off. Do you have your crap together, can you get an interview in before ...Thanksgiving, can you find housing, do you have all the pre-reqs.
On a personal note - Get your act together. You are proposing moving across the country in 2 months to go $250K in debt. This isn't the time for soft-balling a forum of people who aren't in the know. This is your life - get in charge of it.
