NYU AP class is Filled

hey guys,
well sorry to break the news to everyone, but I just talked to amy knowles, she said for now the class is filled. With only a few days left before classes start I wouldn't expect to have any drop at this time but hey u never know.
So she said to wait till after august 1st and then reactivate my application...
So i guess that's it for this year people, congrats to everyone that got in, and study hard for everyone that didn't! (like me!!!).
It's ok, i didn' tthink i was gonna get in from teh waitlist anyways, but the last few days amy knowles contacted me adn asked me if I would be avaialbe to come if selected and then asked if i had another mailing address etc...she got my hopes up so high all over again, and now they have come crashing down, it's not that bad this time around though.
Well just thought i'd let you guys know.

Hmm.. there's still hope.
why not visit the "Looking for a house near NYU" thread, get a few addresses and do something about it? 😛

I think we sorta created a world record for being on a waitlist for 5 months and still not getting a seat. Got a nice tour of NYU. But i still feel it was really expensive tour for me to come all the way from the other side of the globe and still not get a seat. Kinda like making a kid walk a bit for a candy, show it to him and not give him.
Well seriously speaking, the only thing I feel bad about is that with so many of us in the waitlist, a few could have been let off the waitlist long back.

Next time anyone says "Decks are enough" in this forum will be personally guilottined by me. Think I will join kaplan this time
