Why not ask your advisor since this is a school specific issue instead of taking up bandwidth for an insipid question?

At my school, I needed 2 quarters of ochem to take classes like biochemistry, molecular bio, etc.

What does it matter. If your on this forum you obviously want to go to medical school so you have to take it anyway.
