What year in college did everyone take organic chemistry? I thouhgt that i would take it in junoir year, is that too late?

and took advanced ochem jr year...

but you arent late. so dont fret

I took it in freshman and sophomore year, but junior year shouldn't be too late. It will be fresher in your mind for the MCAT, that's for sure.

ochem is such a minot part of the mcat. I would takje ochem as soon as possible especiallly if you are a bio major or chem major. It is a prereq for lots of upper div classes like biochem and i think p-chem. Does anyone have the ochem book written by Paula Yurkanis Bruice? It's one of the best textbooks i've had.

I had the Bruice book. I never used it, though, because my teacher was so wonderful.
