Can Philippino OD degree holder practice in US and canada?
If these people have to take IOBP in canada can they appear just bridging One program?

An OD from a nonCanadian or nonUS optometry school will not be recognized by itself by any testing organization or be suitable for licensure by any state. It is likely that one or more domestic optometry schools may give you one or may be two years of advanced credit, and you will then have to sit for an examination.
