I'm looking at the website where w/ the note template where you can type in on usmle.org. the HPI section is only 15 lines!!!

I am finding that i am not reaching the character limit, but i am easily reaching the line limit, especially since each line width is pretty short so it goes to next line!!

Is the actual test like this too?

ALL: NKDA.
Meds: none
FH: noncontributory

Hopefully this answers your question.

P.S - the PN "program" on the USMLE website is identical to the one used in the exam.
