i just submitted my Pitt secondary, question for those of you that have submitted already, did you receive an email confirmation? i didnt and it shows that they are missing my LORs. but mine are done through Virtual Eval, do i need to let them know to check Virtual Eval some how?

also, how long does the auto interview invite take? not that i am certain i will get one, i'd just like to know the time frame so i shouldn't keep waiting naively for it.

If you get an auto-invite, you most likely will have it sometime tomorrow morning. Last summer I submitted at ~8pm mountain time (2 hours behind Eastern) and had the invite in my inbox by 8am the next morning.

Any instate kid whos gotten a secondary has an interview with UNC. They sent the secondaries last Friday and we have 2 weeks to turn them in. They call an schedule your interview after you are complete.
 
Hey guys, I keep seeing these posts about maximum turnaround times for secondaries. I'm wondering, do these secondaries that are "only allowed two weeks to complete" or whatever actually explicitly state this somewhere on the application?! Because I've filled out about 12 secondaries at this point and none of them have said anything about how long we have to fill them out once received, only that we have until a deadline (far in the future) to send all our materials in.

It might be nice to write next to each school how they notify people, for example

Tulane; Phone: etc etc

that way we can keep track of how people are told the good news, and how some of us should expect it.

As far as I know, no CCLCM invites have gone out yet. This program starts interviewing later than the University Program does. If you applied to both programs, you will also probably hear later since both programs have to evaluate your app before either will send you an invite. Don't freak out if you applied to both and you see a bunch of other people getting invites but you haven't heard yet, because it takes longer to hear if you have to wait for both. At least that is how it has been in the past.

I'm going to take a stab at this. You can call to schedule, but only for a future Mon, Tues, or Wed. Hope that helps, or at least waste thread space.

I got an invite to VCU but the earliest I could schedule my interview was January....I do have a hold for Spring grades but I they received my updated transcript (even though it still has me on hold)

Case is still giving out invites at random times! I got the "status change" email at 5:50 pm central time, but my status wasn't updated until 7:50pm 🙂

Do you think Case is giving out automatic interviews? I only submitted 7/27 (last Friday). I wouldn't think so except that I got my email after business hours.

Anybody know when vandy starts offering interviews or gives out secondaries (secondary = interview). I'm surprised I haven't heard anybody mention anything yet since they start interviewing in late August.

I was wondering the same myself. Based on last year's thread, their secondary+interview invite was received by snail mail starting July 30.

So possibly, we might get it this week?

For those of you have interviews at Case-- did any of you apply to the cleveland clinic lerner program as well? Just wondering if anyone who applied to both the college and university program are getting interviews yet.
 
For all u guys who got the vcu invite...did u guys get an updated message before u got the invite or was it a straight invite?
