I hope you realize that you can drop Loyola if Mayo calls you any time in the next three months. You can only hold one from now on, so if you get an acceptance (off a waitlist, etc.), and you want it, just say yes and call the other people the next day to drop them.

They generally do give you two weeks and understand that you may want to see your financial aid package before deciding. If you're not sure how long you have to make your decision, call the school(s) and ask.

Hey thanks. No this is my second acceptance, but I will be attending Louisville this fall. I was absolutely schocked that I got in so late in the cycle. It's not over till it's over I guess...

Of course you can. Once it happens however, you need to let the first school know right away. They'll just remove you from the class and let another person in off the waitlist. Just let them know right! You'll have serious problems if either school sees you're holding a seat at multiple places.

Also, keep in mind that the second school may give you a little time (2weeks) to think about it, but once you commit to that second school, you need to drop first one asap.
