Yeah, you can but your GPA won't be verified until all of your transcripts are received.

Letters can be submitted anytime, if you application has been mailed out already, the upload of a new letter will trigger another mail out date.

oh, one transcript i signed up for express fedex with signature confirmation, another two i signed up for express USPS mailing. They ensure me the transcripts will come the next day.

Then the transcripts have been received by AADSAS, but not input to the system yet. They are receiving a ton of transcripts right now, there will be a delay between when materials are delivered and when AADSAS actually has a chance to process them.

I wouldn't worry, missing the first batch is not a big deal at all. Having your application complete within the first two months or so is going to be considered early regardless.

yep, that is true. but i ditched out around 60$ for express mailing and everything so I just expect to be in first batch due to timely submission of all documents

I don't think they update the app on the weekend but I sent my transcripts on 6/3/15 and they updated my app that one of them was recieved on 6/10 and the other 6/12.

How long ago did you send out your transcript if you don't mind me asking? It's been 8 business days since I mailed mine out and I still haven't received an update. Would it be worth calling aadsas to inquire about the status of my transcript?

I sent my transcripts on May 15th, not knowing there was a form to go with it. So they recieved mine on June 10th. I'm sure they've received everyone's and it is just taking them a while to input into the AADSAS.

uhhhh...great question. Haha I'm way too indecisive for my own good so I have no idea! Michigan is definitely the choice that makes the most sense -- it's closest to home, definitely the cheapest, and is one of the top programs in the nation. I visited last weekend and really liked it as well. But part of me is tempted to go farther away from home. I guess I won't know what I really want until I (hopefully) get interviews and have a chance to visit schools and get a feel for what they're like.

Do you have any advice or suggestions regarding my choices?!

My brother is in dentistry (UPenn oral surgery) as well and from asking him I think that is a solid (if not the best) choice for the reasons you listed. The allure of the 3 year program at UoP can be enticing though especially if you are considering doing operative dentistry. I don't know how strong their didactics are as a result of this though.

Did you get an email confirmation that your evaluators submitted their letters? If not, you need to call AADSAS and figure out what went wrong.

So I called AADSAS today. If your GPA is verified than most likely your application is also sent ELECTRONICALLY. Your School Designation will still say "not mailed" at this point because a physical copy has not been mailed yet. Therefore BATCH 1 is electronically mailed out.
