Based on my experience from previous cycles and no interview, it's a soft rejection. However, I'm sure some people have actually ended up with an interview after receiving it. Maybe browsing through old posts will lead to one such circumstance. I can tell you that it's probably rare. Chalk it up to they like you but not enough to date you. Lol 🙂
 
anyone get interviews from Penn and Columbia?

Yes, that's true. Although I do know people that got interviews in the later fall months (November, etc...), after receiving that email. It all depends on how many more seats they need to fill, etc, etc... No one can really tell.

MUSC isn't coming up on my aadsas but I've submitted the supplemental and it says that it's submitted on the musc supplemental page. Should I call in?

Yea. Do you know how the interview rounds work, OOS first, or what? I'm in-state and bummed I didn't get an e-mail.

I'm surprised that an applicant with mail-out of 8/26 already received an invite on the first round. Not sure if they're reviewing in order of received date

MUSC isn't on my aadsas school decisions either so if the supplemental page says its completed you should be fine.
