I know I know!! 🙂 I am SO grateful for my interview, but I just see all these people on their 3rd/4th interview on here and it is making me feel nervous.
A friend of mine in her third year of dental school said Nov is when I should be worrying..regarding pre-Dec interviews. She said September is still pretty early 🙂

I just see people here with their 1st, 3rd, and 5th interview, and start to feel nervous that I wasted $1,000+ on my application this cycle. I'm extremely nervous as well - nothing we can change or do now, unfortunately...
I submitted my supplement on 7/28 and got the confirmation email on 8/9!

Guys relax, I do have 4 interview invites so far. The one school I have interviewed at had multiple people tell me it was very early to have an interview already. Also not everyone who interviews first gets in. So just be patient its a very long process.
Yes, I'm in camp one interview. I get stressed when I see people post #8 but then I get back to my own reality. I'm very grateful. Mostly everyone on SDN is qualified for dental in more than one way. Keep a positive mind, attitude, and thoughts. @Caution, you'll get something soon enough. Don't stress over the money. You will make money and lose money throughout your entire life. You can't take money with you in the afterlife.

Hey guys just remember that people are posting when they get interviews but what you don't see is the number of people following this thread that don't have any yet. There are a handful of people on here with a lot of interviews but there are SO many people who are still waiting. I've been to a couple interviews and the vast majority of applicants I talked to said they only have 1 so far and these are qualified 1st round applicants

my GPA is kind of on the low side: oGPA 3.35 (gradGPA: 3.40), and I'm OOS for Rutgers
I'm not 100% sure but I think the GPA might play a role. And I'm OOS too. I live in NY

Hey better more than less and not get any interviews lol. Good luck to you. I guess you can pick and choose but if you attend them all you really will maximize your chance of being able to pick and choose schools. Money lost but well worth it. So awesome!
