Lol this is 100% false. You’re saying it’s uncommon for a first time applicant to get admission and that the AVERAGE is 3 years? That means roughly half of all dental school students have applied more than 3 years in a row...

You are right, first time triers get in at a higher rate than re-applicants.
Tableau Public
Play with the reapplicant tab and see how many matriculated vs didn't. It looks like first time applicants get accepted at a higher rate than re-applicants.

3 cycles to get in? I doubt that.
 
you also have to consider how many people who get rejected do not apply again and instead do something else, which is more than you'd think

Has anyone interviewed at Temple and where did you stay? Someone said by the school is not a good area , look out but where... help. I have an interview in a few weeks.

You can stay in Center City, which is the downtown area of Philly. There's a subway line (BSL) that stops right across the street from Temple Dental. Uber/lyft wouldn't cost too much either (prob 8-10$). Either way will take you less than 30 minutes to get to the school.

Having your stats, nothing is unbelievable lol you can easily get into UCLA, Harvard, or any other school
