***Official April 2006 Score Release Countdown Thread***

In the continuing spirit of the tradition started last year, we will hold this as your official countdown til score release thread. You can use this as a countdown, but may also post in here general conversation if you are just going insane over this wait. Also, this may not be an exact of when the scores will come out, but we don't know how many days before the official 60 days are over they will come out. Last year, they came out around June 15th at 10pm. But this will give us a rough approximation.

Ok, let the fun begin.........

Lets pray for all of you and for my very best roommate, and two of my other bestest friends. 😀 May all come with good news in the following two months.

This is for the neurotic ones who just need somewhere to vent their frustration over the wait. 😛

Okay, question for everyone...

How are you going to view your scores?

1. Wait for them to come in the mail.
2. Have a friend/loved one to check and break the news to me
3. Just quickly check them online like ripping off a bandage.
4. Put a piece of paper over the screen and slowly pull it down

I vote for number 3. Feel free to add your own method of checking scores! 😀

Yeah...this is unreal! I'm not even going to attempt to catch up on what has transpired here!

BTW, didn't someone say originally that scores would be released when this thread reached 3000 posts? Flew right by that number!

Ohhh...I'm definitely going for the "rip the bandage" effect by quickly checking THx. I will, of course, be anxiously awaiting the snail mail delivery tomorrow...who knows? Maybe they did get those out this week?!

I'm actually going to be at dinner on Tuesday at my former PI's house (who happens to be an MD). Though I'm sure the MCAT/med school admissions question will come up, it'll be nice to be distracted and away from a computer so I can't actually check until I get home (which will most certainly be late). Plus, there will be no shortage of wine. 🙂
