I really look forward to hearing from NYU as well.

But still I haven't heard anything from the school.

Got a completion e-mail on 7/20 and that was it.

I was in Second batch 7/4


I was expecting many e-mails in my inbox!!! But seems like very quiet day......

ahh~ this might be another silly question but has anyone in the august 5th mailing batch received any interviews yet? 🙄

GPA (science, overall): 3.86/3.72
DAT (AA/TS/PAT/Reading/any section below a 17): 20/20/19 No sections below 17.
 
so i just checked the school decisions page on my AADSAS and it looks like UIC was added today. my status says my application has been "Received/Waiting Additional Information" and that i might be missing something. is this just because they havent sent out supplementals yet? i paid their supplemental fee the day that they sent out an email requesting it. is this how it is for everyone?

That's SO bizarre! I'm surprised you didn't get one! You have a killer GPA and a killer DAT score. Super jealous, not gonna lie. I got a completion email on 7/20 and I was in the first batch 6/27

He's international. That's probably why, but international does have a higher chance for private schools than public ones.

Regardless of YoonS' residency, YoonS has outstanding scores as an applicant.

Man, it has been an awfully quiet week and a half... 🙁 I got an interview from Midwestern-AZ last monday or Tuesday, but haven't heard from a single school after that. My mail out date was 7/29 so hopefully I won't get flooded with rejection letters soon.

was the app complete by e-mail?
I only ask because I only got the update that my application was "Under review" on AADSAS

They don't send out the interview dates until they process your supplemental materials that they send with the email.

I got the fee receipt by email on 7/19, and I haven't gotten any other emails since then besides the one today. I wouldn't go by the aadsas portal to much. Mine still says that my app is under review. I know that there is quite a big delay between the school and aadsas. Good luck and let me know if you need any more info.

What was the date on AADSAS that yours went under review?

8/9 But that is not that accurate. Before that date the aadsas portal said that they were waiting for more info, so I called them and they told me that they were reviewing but hadn't updated aadsas yet. so... take it for its worth

Okay I had the same situation.. hm, that's awesome you got an interview.. they usually only interview ~60 OOS 🙂

I don't understand why you're worried. You have good stats and are a URM. I'd say of anyone on SDN, you have the best chance of getting in everywhere.

I'm in the August 12th mailing batch, got an interview at Midwestern AZ.

Actually, you don't have to have all the required letters submitted. I received an interview invite from San Antonio with only 2/4 letters in, so I don't know how many you are required before they will send an invitation 😕 I didn't expect it at all, but I was super excited! 🙂
