I re-submitted my secondary late September because the PDF I originally submitted was too large.

GPA (science, overall) - 3.57, 3.7
DAT (AA/TS/PAT/Reading): 22, 21, 23, 23.

thanks. I have similar status to yours. Just my TS is 23 . Still waiting🙁
 
I have an interview at MWU-IL next week. Can anyone please provide me with the specifics of the interview (questions that you remember, one-on-one/two-on one, etc). I looked on interview feedback, but there isn't much on there! Thanks so much!

There are about 10 stations (offices) that have a scenario on the door...you get to read it for a minute and think it over and then enter the office....there is a faculty member in there that will have you discuss the scenario you read for a few minutes (you are timed) then you get up and move to the next room and do the same thing with a different scenario or question.....it was not as bad as it sounds ...Good Luck!!

BU acceptance. 1 day after interview. Choosing between usc and BU
 
I am actually very happy about this but it doesnt really matter since im not committing to it but i got accepted to University of Minnesota today. I loved the school and the environment but its too expensive for me and far. Good luck to all who want to go there...its a great school!

Were you on the waitlist? You may have gotten my spot, which I declined early this month. I agree on it being too expensive for out-of-staters. Otherwise I would've at least put down a deposit. 🙁
 
Accepted at UCSF!!! 3 cycle later, over $50,000 in student loan costs due to extra schooling, and lots of energy, hardwork, and sacrifice. Dreams are achievable people!

I was in 2nd batch believe it or not, way back in June was it? I try to forget those application days. They gave me feb 13 or 17 as earliest.
 
Just got a phone call today for an interview at Western! February 4th... I got the impression this is their last interview date. I'm interviewing at Tufts Feb. 2nd so that's going to be a lot of flying that week! Wish I could just get accepted at Roseman and save all the money....
 
First rejection today from my top-choice school, UPenn.

Really bummed. I think no news is bad news for me at this point. Time to crawl into a hole and wait for interviews from U of T and UWO here in Ontario. 🙁

Thanks!! I had my interview on January 5th, the interview itself was pretty low stress, it was with a fourth year student and a faculty and they basically just asked me about stuff on my application like about my shadowing and research experience, extracurriculars, strength and weaknesses, if I could handle the stress of dental school, and basically how I got interested in becoming a dentist, you should do fine! Good luck!
 
My first post on this site. Not sure how to work this whole thing yet... Two acceptances so far. Minnesota and Loma Linda. Still waiting on University of Washington. Good luck everyone and congrats to those already committed!
 
Um, what's with that Midwestern rejection? I could barely tell it was a rejection and not just an advertisement for their other programs. And the subject was: "Midwestern University, Downers Grove Campus Application Opportunity". Where's the etiquette on that?
 
what a joke, sounds like the same thing Western did with their podiatry program.

Yeah right, I called and re-informed them that I already spent 60 k on a Masters in Biomedical Sciences! I guess my BCP is a little on the low side and missed their DAT average by 1 point. 😡

They told me an 18 for AA, PAT & RC. Didn't mention Natural Sciences or QR individually, just that the minimum was an 18 in those three categories.
 
has anyone receive ucsf interview lately?

Penn interview via email but I'm turning it down, so hopefully one of you still waiting will get it!

App submitted early August. Pretty average DAT/GPA. Attended their summer course so that probably helped.
