Thank you! Don't lose hope yet! I was starting to think Tufts wasn't happening and a silent rejection was on its way.
rejected from both UMDNJ and MWU AZ today 🙁
It's pretty perplexing to me, ive gotten 1 interview and 1 acceptance (BU), and UMDNJ andBuffalo have been the only 2 schools to reject me, with 10 other schools still silent. I'm definitely thankful, but can't help but wonder why no other school has offered an interview or even just rejected me
what are your stats? are you canadian or asian?
Haha wired, I'm African American with a 3.1 undergrad gpa, 3.1 master's gpa, 20 aa 21 ts 17 pat and approx 1000 hrs as a dental and oral surgery assistant. I know these are relatively marginal stats but I had a solid upward trend and was hoping to hear a bit more from schools. What do you think?

That is slightly weird. I would be all over you if I was a dental school. Did you apply late?
Haha if only you were an adcom somewhere, my application was complete in mid-August. I also thought it was a little weird, but I think it's further proof that gpa is really starting to matter more. Hoping to get a couple more invitations within the next couple of weeks, good luck guys!

Anyone who has either interviewed or been accepted to Western University in Pamona know how many seats were left and what date was it they told you? Got an interview there on the 4th Feb and wondering how many seats everyone is still fighting for.
Interviewed at ASDOH recently and they were very informative telling us the seats left open/deposits they had in so far. hopefully western does the same! Any info would be much appreciated.

email rejection from unc yesterday. kind of odd - i would think that even though i am no longer a resident of nc, having lived in the state for 20 years of my life, having a lot of family ties to the state, and a LOR from an alumni would have at least been a big consideration for an interview. this application cycle has me really confused.

Nope, nothing! I got the competitive letter back in October or November then nothing since. There is a rumor that they will be doing a big round of interview invites this week though. Who knows?

I was just waitlisted at Nova, I was wondering what the AADSAS status is for those that are waitlisted. Mine just says "waitlisted".
I read in previous threads that it says "waitlisted" on AADSAS, but received mail later saying that they were on "high-hold" waitlist.

Yes. My interview was on December 15th, got "waitlisted" status on AADSAS 10 days later, then I received the high-hold letter 7 days after my status on AADSAS.

Nope not yet! 🙄 I am from california- so we will see! (if you are out of state, especially from CA, you need to convince them if you are willing to move there, otherwise you get rejected quickly)

Tufts is my top choice, so I'm definitely going. It's an amazing school. Best of luck to everyone left this cycle that has an interview there. Congratulations to the applicants that have gotten accepted to anywhere this cycle. It was a competitive cycle. For everyone else, don't lose hope. It can still happen.
